NorCal AIDS Cycle

For years, Positive Pedalers has stood as a proud voice for people living with HIV—a visible reminder that our community is strong, determined, and always moving forward. Our history has been shaped by collaboration, advocacy, and a shared belief that cycling can bring people together in powerful ways.

Today, we’re honored to continue that legacy by partnering with NorCal AIDS Cycle (NCAC)—a community-driven ride that uplifts the organizations throughout Northern California, especially across the Greater Sacramento Valley, that are working every day to end the HIV/AIDS pandemic and care for all those living with and affected by HIV.

This mission aligns deeply with our own: visibility, empowerment, and collective action. NCAC’s commitment to grassroots impact—supporting clinics, service providers, education programs, prevention efforts, and care networks—represents the very heart of community-based HIV advocacy.

By joining forces with NCAC, Positive Pedalers is helping to strengthen a regional network of care and amplify the message that people living with HIV have a rightful, celebrated place in every movement fighting for health and equity.
Together, we pedal not only for ourselves, but for every person who deserves access, dignity, and the resources they need to thrive.

This is more than a ride—it’s a chance to lift up local organizations doing life-saving work in the communities where support is needed most.
We invite riders, allies, and supporters to join us as we help power NCAC’s mission and move closer to a future shaped by compassion, inclusion, and health for all.
